The place is quiet, clean, breakfast is good, dinner variety is quite generous and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Featuring an a-la-carte restaurant and a fitness center, Hotel Hemera is located in the very heart of Podgorica. Very comfortable room with eclectic decoration in a pedestrian street in the heart of Podgorica. Good breakfast a la carte in the restaurant below. The staff was particularly helpful as our luggage did not get there for 2 days. Overlooking Moraca River, this 4-star hotel is located in the center of Podgorica and is close to the Morača sports arena.
