It’s random whether taxis accept cards or just cash, so have cash to cover your trip. Kotor doesn’t have an airport but the nearby town of Tivat does. There are a decent number of flights from Tivat airport to a variety of European locations.

Kotor doesn’t have a train station and buses will be likely your way travelling to and from the town. He figured out how to get us tickets to the Neuschwanstein Castle to avoid a wait and even found us toboggans to use while in Germany.
